MV Pawara
Similan Islands liveaboard

Pawara
MV Pawara Similan Islands liveaboard is very good value for such a high quality vessel. It’s prices are slightly cheaper than boats of a similar standard so it tends to book up quickly.
Pawara offers a few little extras that other boats don’t. It is one of the few boats to offer free Nitrox to certified divers. Plus, there is free WI-FI on board, and cabins have safety boxes.
Master (double bed) cabins and Deluxe (twin bed) cabins are on the main deck. They have large windows and private en-suite bathrooms.
The standard cabins are on the lower deck and can be either twin bed or double bed configuration. Standard cabins have porthole windows and less headroom (about 190cm). They also have private en-suite bathrooms.
There are two budget cabins on the lower deck that share one bathroom. Budget cabins do not have windows.
Pawara’s dive staff are a cheerful bunch lead expertly by a very experienced and multi lingual cruise director.
Pawara’s food is highly praised especially by vegetarians who get especially well catered to.

Pawara reviews
we certainly had an amazing trip. we did enjoy it so much! where glad we booked this trip. at some point you might hear from us again…all the best. Ueli, Germany
Hi Paul, we had a great time in Pawara and enjoyed it a lot. Especially the Mantas :-)). The dive team and crew where also very supportive and made the trip a fantastic experience. Nicole, Germany
Paul, Thank you for the follow up. The trip was great. The boat was in really great condition, the food was excellent, the instructors were (mostly) helpful and friendly. I actually had a bit of a scare when I got stung by something (I think it was a lion fish, but not exactly sure because it happened on a night dive and I didn’t see what it was). Anyway, they handled it really well and were super professional and helpful throughout the experience. We had a lot of fun and got to see a bunch of cool animals (sharks, turtles, huge schools). Our DM/guide (Harry) wasn’t that great compared to other guides on the boat… We’d def recommend you/Pawara to our friends, but perhaps not Harry 😉 Jessica and Adam
The trip was great thanks . You have an amazing crew and cook on board! Food was fantastic! Best I’ve ever had while diving. Mark
