The Gentle Giant liveaboard was refitted in 2017 and presents very well.

She runs join in and charter trips to north and south Andaman sea dive sites. It has arguably the best Andaman sea liveaboard itinerary. 5 nights includes all the best dive sites at the Similan islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Richelieu Rock, Hin Daeng and Hin Muang.

All cabins have AC, sea views and private bathrooms.

5 days 5 nights (18 dives) at the Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai and Richelieu Rock, then Hin Daeng, Hin Muang, Koh Haa

  • Master double bed cabin with private en-suite bathroom (upper deck, sea view): 37,500 baht per diver
  • Deluxe double bed cabin with private en-suite bathroom (main deck, sea view): 35,500 baht per diver
  • Standard twin bed (bunk) cabin with private en-suite bathroom (upper/main deck, sea view): 34,500 baht per diver

10% discount for non diving partners

Single occupancy +85% surcharge

Price includes: Dive guide, 12 litre tanks, weights & belt, all meals, soft drinks, round trip transfers from Phuket main beach hotels, Phuket airport.

Price excludes: Equipment rental (2,500 baht/set), national park entrance and diving fees (2,600 baht), nitrox, 15l tanks, alcoholic drinks.

Itinerary

Gentle Giant itinerary

Duration: 5 Days / 5 Nights (18 dives) north and south Andaman sea

Start/Finish: Chalong pier, Phuket

Departure Day:
1900 hrs: Pick-up at your Phuket hotel or Phuket airport and transfer to Gentle Giant at Chalong pier Phuket. Cruise to the Similan Islands national park

Diving Day 1:
General Diving Rules / Safety Briefing
4 dives around the Similan Islands, Koh Bon and Koh Tachai.

Diving Day 2:
4 dives Richelieu Rock / Koh Tachai

Diving Day 3:
3 dives Koh Bon / Similan Islands, then cruise south to Koh Haa

Diving Day 4:
4 dives Koh Haa / Hin Daeng / Hin Muang

Diving day 5: 
3 dives King Cruiser Wreck / Anemone Reef / Shark Point
Return to Chalong pier Phuket at about 1600 hrs. Transfer back to your hotel by shared minivan service.
