Oktavia liveaboard review

Here is some more feedback from Oktavia liveaboard which is consistently one of our most popular boats.

Everything was amazing on Oktavia. Boat was comfortable,  crew were great, and the food was 1st class. Definitely glad we went with Oktavia.  It was a great experience.  Ben, April 2014

It was a really good trip!  The whale shark and manta ray diving made the trip! Once I have my video edited and pictures down selected, I will send you the link to them.  It may be a few weeks.

Overall the trip was really well run!  The dive masters and boat crew did a great job!  The food was really good and better than any of the food I have eaten on this trip.  My only recommendations would be: For the people staying on the boat 5 days have a towel change out on the transfer day.  By the end of the trip my towel was really needing a laundry.  My second comment would be to setup a better area for a camera table with low pressure air for drying.  My camera setup is small compared to the setups of the people that I normally travel with.  Placing the cameras on top of the freezer with other items is not a good solution for high end expensive cameras.  For a couple of dives this area was not available due to the cook removing food from the freezer as we geared up.  This limitation does limit the number of people that I can recommend the boat to.  Most of my diving buddy’s are photographers and have huge double strobe nikon slr camera assemblies that cost over $10k each.  The camera table was a small concern for me however it does limit your market place.
Overall I would book this trip again with no issues or concerns.
