Just blinking awesome!
South Siam 4 review
Some feedback from April:
Hello Paul
Just a belated note to thank you for sorting out this Koh Bon trip for us, it was another excellent day of diving and we saw a giant manta ray, which was just blinking awesome!
Back in cold England at miserable work. Oh well, it was a great holiday!
Best wishes,
Jess
And some slightly less effusive feedback from the same boat in February:
Hello Paul
The trip was good. Cabin, food, crew, boat was great. But we dived with to big groups. Our divemasters had 6-7 in his group. We had 4 divemasters during our trip. For us is the best that we have same divemaster. He/she can learn how we dive and wich person need more help.
As we feel now will we not choose this boat again.
Best regards, Atli and Lisa
We recommend South Siam 4 or South Siam 3 if you want to dive the Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai and Richelieu Rock but are short of time. You can do a 3 day 2 night (11 dive) trip on these boats and dive at all the best dive sites. And you can depart and return most days, ideal if you have a tight schedule. But there are disadvantages as mentioned above. The boats can be crowded, especially in peak season, they each sleep 28 guests and also take day trippers on board. Dive groups and guides often have to be juggled to accommodate the daily change of divers. Outside of peak season this is less of an issue.
