Phuket diving weather in June

June is usually a pretty wet month in Phuket. It is possible that you could come to Phuket in June and have one week of rain, but you’d be pretty unlucky. More common is sunny days with rain showers in the evening.

Diving day trips from Phuket run every day to the Racha Islands, Shark Point, King Cruiser Wreck, Doc Mai and Phi Phi Islands. Some of the best diving is at Phi Phi and Shark Point.

With fewer boats and divers around the shark sightings increase. Even whale sharks are seen on Phuket dive sites at this time of year, which they never are in the high season.
