For the Phuket PADI Drift Diver course you can choose to dive at Racha Yai Island, Racha Noi Island, Shark Point, the King Cruiser Wreck, Anemone Reef or the Phi Phi Islands. It is also possible to do the Drift Diver specialty on a liveaboard.

Learn about drift diving planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards.

Learn about drift diving equipment such as surface floats, buddy lines, reels, (delayed)SMB’s, surface signaling devices. Learn correct buoyancy control, navigation and communication skills for drift diving. Learn how to select appropriate dive sites for drift dives. Learn techniques for staying close to a buddy or group and not losing your dive boat while drift diving.

• PADI Drift diver course 1 day (2 dives)

Course price includes: course materials, Phuket main beach hotel transfers, breakfast and lunch on the boat.

Pre-requisites of the PADI Nitrox course:
PADI Open water (or equivalent) certified diver.
Minimum 12 years of age.
Completed PADI medical statement.
